Terms & Conditions 

General 
By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for both parties. 

 

Shipping & International Orders 
Shipping costs will vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to purchase. 

For international orders, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or delays are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not liable for any additional charges, customs issues, or delays once the item has been dispatched. 

 

Original Artwork 
Original pieces may be offered on an enquiry or offer basis. Availability is subject to confirmation, and pricing may vary depending on the piece and demand. 

 

Commissions 
All bespoke commissions require a deposit to secure your booking. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable  
  • A limited number of revisions will be included (agreed prior to starting)  
  • Once the final piece has been approved, no further changes can be made  

Turnaround times will vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece and will be discussed in advance. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 
I hope you love your artwork, but if there are any issues: 

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order  
  • Items must be returned in their original condition  
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged  

 

Damaged Items 
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will always do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

Cancellations 
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations may not be possible, especially if the item has already been processed or shipped. 

Commission deposits remain non-refundable. 

 

Copyright & Usage 
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Nat Morgan. 

  • Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without permission  
  • I reserve the right to share commissioned work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise
